Your data, your rights. Here's what you can do and how to actually make it happen.
Access & Portability
You can request a copy of all personal data we've got on you. We'll send it in a readable format, usually a PDF or CSV file. Just email logistics@nethralithforge.info with your request. We've got 30 days to respond.
Correction Rights
Spot something wrong? Let us know and we'll fix it. You can update most account info yourself through the customer portal, but for shipment records or billing details, reach out to us directly.
Deletion Requests
Want us to delete your data? We can do that, with some caveats. We gotta keep certain records for legal reasons - tax documents, customs paperwork, that kinda thing. But marketing lists, old quotes, non-essential stuff? Yeah, we can wipe that.
Opt-Out Options
- Marketing emails have unsubscribe links at the bottom
- You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser
- Tell us not to share data with certain partners (though this might limit service options)
File a Complaint
Not happy with how we're handling your data? In Canada, you can file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy CommissionerFederal authority overseeing privacy law compliance. We'd prefer you contact us first so we can try fixing whatever's wrong, but that's your right.
